Mona B does not ship internationally.
- How do I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours before a shipment is processed. Should you need to cancel an order, contact customer service at email@example.com or submit a cancellation request in writing and fax it to (216) 591-0646.
- How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Once your order is ready to ship, items are charged to your credit card.

- I received damaged/defective merchandise. What do I do?

Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of product. Credit will not be issued until return merchandise is received and inspected. Return items must be received within two weeks of receipt of the call tag. Merchandise shopworn or with price tags may not be returned.
- What if I don't like something or it's not what I expected?
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt. Please repack your returns carefully. Refunds on returns will not be given on items that are damaged due to poor packaging.
You must obtain prior authorization for all returns. Merchandise refused or returned without authorization is subject to freight charges. Once authorization is granted, ship the product to the warehouse address provided on your packing list, using a carrier that will provide both a tracking number as well as a signature that the item was confirmed delivered.
If we are unable to confirm delivery of your item, this may result in the denial of a refund.
We regret that your shipping charges are non-refundable. If your purchase qualified for our free shipping program, the actual freight charge on your original order will be deducted from your return.
All items purchased from a retail partner must be returned to that store and according to its return and exchange policy.
We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during shipping (contact freight carrier for shipping related claims.)

- When will I receive credit for a return?
We make every effort to process your return in a timely manner. Your credit/refund will be processed promptly within two to three business days after receiving your returned merchandise. Orders placed with a credit card will receive a refund to your credit card. Orders placed via PayPal will receive a refund to your PayPal account.
