LEAD TIME
 We usually ship most orders within 48 to 72 hours. Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive shipment notification from us via email. You should receive your order within five to seven business days; however, it can take a little longer during peak holiday or rush seasons.
  
 SHIPPING
 Mona B charges a flat rate of $5.00 for standard shipping and handling for orders under $50.00. Orders over $50.00 qualify for free standard shipping.
We ship USPS or UPS Surepost service to all locations. You must provide a physical address for delivery.
  
 HOLIDAY SHIPPING
 Orders placed on national holidays will be processed on the next business day. Thanksgiving and Black Friday orders will be processed the following Monday.
  
 DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
 We pack every item as carefully as possible, but sometimes items may arrive damaged in transit. If you receive damaged items, please retain all packaging material and notify us immediately at: customerservice@mona-b.com
  
 CLAIMS/RETURNS
 

At Mona B we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable shopping experience that encourages you to shop with us for years to come.  Please contact customer service at customerservice@mona-b.com for return authorization.

- Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of product.

- Credit will not be issued until return merchandise is received and inspected.

- Return merchandise must be received within two weeks of receiving return authorization.

- Worn merchandise may not be returned.

- Credit will be issued within 1 to 3 business days of receipt of the merchandise.

UNWANTED ITEMS

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt. Please repack your returns carefully. Refunds on returns will not be given on items that are damaged due to poor packaging. 

You must obtain prior authorization for all returns. Merchandise refused or returned without authorization is subject to freight charges. Once authorization is granted, ship the product to the warehouse address provided on your packing list, using a carrier that will provide both a tracking number as well as a signature that the item was confirmed delivered. 

If we are unable to confirm delivery of your item, this may result in the denial of a refund. 

We regret that your shipping charges are non-refundable. If your purchase qualified for our free shipping program, the actual freight charge on your original order will be deducted from your return. 

All items purchased from a retail partner must be returned to that store and according to its return and exchange policy. 

We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during shipping (contact freight carrier for shipping related claims.)

 PRODUCT QUALITY
 Each bag unfolds a story about the journey that the material has made, as they are made mostly of up-cycled truck tarps & military tents showing unique marks of wear and tear and color variation. The texture and material variations that are part of our up-cycled process make each bag truly unique. However, please let us know if you receive a bag or tote that seems to exceed these expectations.
